CHANHUA MACHINERY&Electric Co. Ltd. was established in 1989, initially focusing on the manufacturing of distribution panels and related products at its factory on Li Ming Road. Through years of relentless effort, in 1995, the company successfully acquired a factory in Taichung Industrial Zone, further expanding its production base. In 2019, Jianhua expanded again by purchasing land in Dapumei Park, Dali Township, Chiayi County, covering an area of 5000 ping, and establishing both a sheet metal factory, "Jianye Electrical," and an electrical assembly factory, "CHANHUA MACHINERY&Electric."
CHANHUA MACHINERY&Electric possesses a complete production line for distribution panels, including order receiving, planning, design, cabinet manufacturing and installation, inspection and shipment, power delivery coordination, and on-site modifications, providing comprehensive services.
The company is committed to quality management, having implemented the ISO 9001 international quality assurance system and ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory certification, as well as adopting the ISO 14001 environmental management system.
In addition to its expertise in distribution panel manufacturing, CHANHUA MACHINERY&Electric continues to innovate, introducing the Chanhua Energy Management Monitoring System. This system integrates energy management into distribution panels, transforming traditional distribution panels into smart distribution panels. This innovative technology has enabled Chanhua to maintain a leading position in the electromechanical field, offering customers more intelligent and efficient solutions.
Internally, the company continually enhances its information systems. Since 1999, it has been implementing ERP and EIP systems, employing project management and electronic signature systems in case management, aiming to provide customers with higher quality and more efficient services through robust software solutions.

Introduction to the Internal Factory Environment of Jianhua Electrical Chiayi Plant

Electrical Assembly Plant
The total area of the internal factory is approximately 750 ping, primarily used for manufacturing high and low voltage distribution panels for substations. The monthly production output is consistently around 60 to 80 panels.

Copper Busbar Processing Area
Currently, the factory is equipped with a complete set of copper busbar processing equipment, including cutting machines, punching machines, and computer-controlled bending machines.
These equipment can meet various requirements for the fabrication of busbars in panel bodies, ensuring efficient production and quality. -
TAF Laboratory and Testing Area
The factory houses a TAF17025-certified laboratory and a dedicated testing area. The laboratory's certification ensures the accuracy and reliability of testing procedures. The spatial layout of the testing area allows simultaneous testing of 10 to 20 panels, catering to diverse customer inspection requirements.
